These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Graphically Hub and the Client. Commissioning any service or submitting advance payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
01. Project Scope & Proposals
Projects are delivered strictly based on the agreed Statement of Work (SOW). Revisions or features requested beyond the initial SOW are billed transparently under milestone or hourly rates.
02. Payment Milestones
- Advance Deposit: Projects commence upon receipt of the initial deposit (typically 40%–50%).
- Milestone Approvals: Wireframe and frontend progress approvals precede final staging.
- Full Handover: Production deployment, source code, and domain credentials are provided upon 100% invoice settlement.
03. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon full settlement of project payments, complete commercial copyright and source ownership transfer entirely to you. Graphically Hub reserves the right to exhibit completed visual mockups in agency case studies.
04. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
All web engineering delivered by Graphically Hub includes a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty. Subsequent ongoing maintenance is covered under our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
05. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of India. The courts of Jammu (J&K) hold exclusive jurisdiction over any contractual proceedings.
